I am sure that I have done this 1000 times before... but in C2.0 b3 it is still there after following documentation instructions

Was able to find the cause. Looks like we've some issues with a function that combines params and there's JSON and INI usage being combined causing the JSON to parse. Will review further and fix for next release. Quickfix as follows.

Confirmed fixes the issue. This allows the parameters to properly merge INI with JSON, JSON with JSON, INI with INI, etc..

NOTE: Fix is attached as forum security is rejecting some of the code. Please see attached text file.
