I have a Joomla site that can be referenced by 2 or more domains.
When I use the joomla login for registered users, I stay within the same domain.
When I use the CB login, the domain gets switched to the main domain. Is there a way to set it up to work like the built-in login

My guess is you've configured live_site in your configuration.php. CB will always use it for live_site path. Set it to '' (blank) and it'll use current domain. Also be sure to check your login redirects as perhaps a redirect is specified with domain (always begin redirects with index.php).
