Yes, that's the formatname field. You can adjust how it displays within CB > Configuration > General and changing "Name Format" to whatever you like. If you only want to change it for the profile page title then edit the "User Profile Page Title" tab in CB > Tab Management and set "User Profile Title text" under Parameters to [name].
