Kyle - getting this same error.
Registered user, attempting to log in gets "Browser cookies must be enabled."
Turned on php max, and this is the URL that's returning:
I turned off ALL cbsubs plugins in plugin manager, still happens.
There are no subs in the cbsubs subscription table.
This user has no subscribed plans.
Ideas?

This is often caused by caching. If Joomla caching or any 3rd party caching is enabled then disable it and purge it and see if issue persists. If issue persists begin disabling non-core CB plugins 1 by 1 to see if it resolves. If not resolved repeat with 3rd party Joomla system plugins.
