How can I edit this email and add the option to accept the connection in a single click?

How can I edit this email

The email is a language string. First you need to install the English language plugin or a language plugin for whatever language you will be using then modify it and adjust the following language string as needed. You can edit the default language string, but it's not recommended as you will lose your changes on upgrade.

There's no feature to accept a connection request via URL.

Security wise it goes backwards. It wouldn't do anything if the user wasn't already logged in as well. Accepting the connection request without being logged in would mean it's URL secured only, which isn't secure. So I don't see it being added.

We've discussed internally some ways we can secure this pretty well. Have added a feature ticket for a future release of CB. Ideally we could have a handy API library to handle secure token exchanges that can be used for "by url actions" of all kinds.
