Does anyone know what actual plugin gave me these menu icons for the CB menu? I have two instances of Joomla configured similarly but one has this menu on it with icons (which obviously looks nicer than the basic joomla one on the other instance) as I am curious to find out what plugin provides these menu icons and styling.
They're a part of core CB. Joomla 2.x displays them, but Joomla 3.x will not as Joomla 3.x menu is designed different.
