CB Subs Changing User Groups when Upgrading was created by zingerdigital
I used a basic and premium plan with my CB Subs.
When a user choose one of the plans, they get assigned a user group.
When a user uprgades, lets say from basic to premium. The user group is not changing. Isn't this suppose to work this way?

Are both of your plans exclusive? It should remove their usergroup on upgrade, yes. Also there's a more advanced way of managing usergroup assignment using CB Auto Actions to act on CBSubs subscription states. You can find the usage below.
