for your CB profiles.

Can i do that ?

Joomla associates the first value as the component either with the component element or the menu item alias. Next there's the view to determine where in the component the URL is going. Finally there's the user to determine what user is being displayed by the view. This results in the below URL structure.

domain/component/view/username

So with that structure you get the following for example.

domain/profile/userprofile/krileon

What you're wanting isn't really safely doable in a Joomla environment. It can be forced with custom template error.php and sending 404 redirects to CB profile page or probably a Joomla system plugin by altering the routing.
