I did not find the way to do this with the new auto action.
When my users log in on the register page with the connection module, I need them to be redirected to their profile instead of staying on the register page and get the message "you're already logged in"
But at the same time I dont want the redirect to be handled by the module as we use it on other pages on which users have to stay.
Yup, that's doable. Use the onBeforeRegisterFormRequest trigger in a Redirect action then set User to User so it uses the viewing user object. Next set Access to All Registered Users. Now configure your redirect URL as follows.
index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=userprofile
The below substitution for the URL probably will also work fine and should include the appropriate Itemid automatically.
