[SOLVED] Recurring Paypal Payments was created by gtrennert
Hello

cb 2.0.11
cbsub 4.0.1

I have a PayPal business account - Here's my gateway setup :

Enable PayPal : Enable recurring PayPal subscriptions
PayPal server = PayPal Sandbox server

PayPal Business (email or secure merchant ID) OK
PayPal Main receiver account (email) EMPTY (because main account is Business)
Your PayPal Identity Token OK

PayPal account API Username OK
PayPal account API Password OK
PayPal account API Signature OK

My problem is that the payment is always SINGLE - and never RECURRING in CBSUB and Paypal :
Subscriptions : Autorecurring Type = Not autorecurring
Payments : recurring = -

Single payment is working fine
  • Log Type = PDT
  • Verification = SUCCESS

But I need recurring Payments
I'm in France and Recurring Payment is eligible

Can you help me to find out what's missing in my setup ?

I jump on this topic to find out whether there is any possibility to use recurring payments with another gateway than Paypal.
Would Credit Mutuel CIC gateway support it for instance ? or authorize ?

I read that PayPal, PayPal Pro, Authorize.net, 2CheckOut, Ogone, CCBill, WorldPay and AlertPay Gateways should support recurring Payments

We need the same configuration with paypal.
Do you know the difference between paypal, paypal pro and paypal advanced gateway ?

Would your solution lie in one of these ?

Ensure your plans within CBSubs > Plans allow recurring payments as they could be set to accept single payments only. You should see 2 buttons in the basket; 1 for single payments and 1 for a recurring payment.

For PayPal gateway - what is the minimum length of subscription for recurring payement ?
I selected 1 day for Regular Validity duration
and users choice for recurring payment but coming to payment there is only one button
