[SOLVED] Allowing Upgrades on "My Profile"

8 years 6 months ago - 8 years 6 months ago #272418 by cagoffice
Hello,

I am reading the manual but having a hard time getting the upgrade button to show up on the user's profile.

I have a plan that people can upgrade to. But only if they are already registered to one of 2 plans. I changed the settings under the plan that I want people to be able to upgrade to:

However, I still cannot see the "upgrade" button or message on the users profile. What am I doing wrong?

Do you see the plan at all in the subscription tab? Your user must have either of the plans selected in any state (expired, active, etc..) as well. The user also needs to meet the access requirement for the plan. Ensure under the Access tab that both the view access level and usergroup are set to Public (both have to be set).

On the backend, I see the upgrade possibilities under the Subscription tab:

But when the user is logged in on the front end and look at their profile, they only see their current subscription, no upgrades:

Although I have all plans as upgrade-able. I only want some shown on the front end that the user can actually upgrade themselves to.

I also checked the Access tabs and all show what you say they should.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here.

Please PM frontend login credentials for a user with this issue and will take a look. There could be a bug with the conditions.
