Hello Nant,

is there any other trigger that can be used and i can enter the popup box JS code ?

the next logical i can think of is on profile edit.

I guess you can try onAfterUserProfileDisplay trigger

You can also do the following:

Create 2 actions:

One code (JS Internal) action with trigger set to none that displays the js alert you want.

And a second action that is a Redirect action off the onAfterLogin trigger that conditions off the avatar (see previous example I gave) and redirects to the internal url of the code action you create.

Dear nant,

Thanks , these work fine, and i am able to get the function i was looking for, just one thing ,on this page i have put a button to re-direct the user to edit his profile view where he can upload his Photo, however it lands on the wrong tab, how can i make him land on the right tab ,please see the URL below :-

/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=userdetails&Itemid=526#cbtabpane20

BTW- i want him to land on tabpane20, but they land on the canvas tab.
