We have imported about 2000 items with this structure.

This request goes far beyond our regular support. We do not support in our standard support any direct database imports on CBSubs.

In your case, it is most probably the "scheduler_state`, `scheduler_next_maturity` fields that are wrong (compared to non-auto-recuring baskets).
