I was just wondering whether you had an exemple of such a query somewhere in CBsubs file that I could copy.

No, you'll need to review the 3 rows in phpmyadmin. You can export them as raw SQL then modify the export to fit your needs. CBSubs handles all of this through various database objects and store calls.

I just noticed daily errors like :
Erreur dans le dernier traitement programmé du panier 1001 ou erreur dans la table de paiements programmés : état inattendu (déjà en cours de traitement) ou écriture impossible. Cet état sera réinitialisé après 3 jobs cron, de façon à permettre une nouvelle tentative.
Can you tell me what settings do I need to change in my imported rows to avoid this (I forgot something in one of the cbsubs tables I guess) ?

Looks like you've a renewal scheduled within CBSubs. This is typically only for gateways that don't have IPNs and instead need to schedule API calls. Check the basket with id 1001 to see what it's trying to renew exactly.
Beyond that it's hard to understand the error as Google translate isn't very good. Please always provide errors in English or their language key so I can better track down where it's coming from.
