Reject profile frontend moves usergroup

8 years 4 months ago #275715 by Gnc
Hi guys,
I have a couple of auto actions that sent different emails AfterUSerApproval.

I now need to create an auto action that also moves a user to a different usergroup when declined. The only action i can see is AfterUserApproval. This happens at front end on reject. Suggestions please?

Also when i REJECT a person, it still triggers the email configured to go ONLY on user approval, it should definitely go when the user is rejected. Not sure if thats a bug.

In order to make this all happen, happy to create extra fields extra.. but i just cant figure how to..
Thanks in advance

The onAfterUserApproval trigger fires whether you approved or rejected the user. It works for both states, but you need to condition for the state. var1 of the trigger is the user object, but var2 is the state their approval was set to. var2 should provide the following values.

0 = Pending
1 = Approved
2 = Rejected

So one action would have "[var2] Equal To 1" and another "[var2] Equal To 2" for example.
