I've been searching the forums on CB running on innodb..

Seems from what i read, new installations of CB is on innodb.. is that right?

If that is true, somehow, my engines were not changed to innodb from myisam when i updated CB..

Is it okay to just change all tables related to CB to innodb from phpmyadmin?

CB matches Joomlas _users table engine. I believe Joomla does not change the engine on existing installs. It's safe to convert CB and Joomla manually, but please be sure to make a backup first.
