Is it possible to have GroupJive Subcategories?
i.e. Cars - American - Fords
Then groups
Lincoln, Pinto, Mercury, Escape, Explorer, Fiesta, etc.

No, nested categories and groups are not possible. There are no plans to implement nesting again.
