Cross requests in CBsubs problem was created by activha
How can I get a list in frontend or backend of all the subscribers who have plan id 45 expired and who do not have a payment basket pending or initiated as of today ?

Don't see how to get this easily

Within CB > User Management click Search Tools then select your plan for "- Select subscription -". Next set "- Select status" to Expire. You can then select a date range as needed.

For frontend you'd need to edit your userlist and under Filters click Advanced. You'd then need to supply a query to filter the users down to those that meet your criteria. Some examples as follows.

Thanks for the examples, but these would not let me know if there is a pending or not initiated basket ?

What we need is all expired plans id 45 AND without a pending or a non initiated basket.

You can't, that filters by subscription not by basket. I guess you'd need to filter by basket in CBSubs > Baskets instead as you can select a subscription that's in the basket under Search Tools.

Yep but we need to get all the plan id 45 WITHOUT a basket :-)

This is for manual payment with offline gateway, we need to manually click on them all. Unless you have a solution with an auto action so that all expired plan WITHOUT a pending or not initiated basked and offline gateway would be automatically clicked upon x days after the expiration date ?

How can I grab this ?

What do you mean clicked on? You need to trigger their expiration or renew them?
