template or CB settings incorrect? all up to date, not using CB template, helix3 template.
should this be a username with icon?





coming into final settings, apologize for all the question, trying to learn all the correct ways of setting up CB

That should be displaying the formatname field. Edit the formatname field within CB > Field Management and ensure you didn't override its Profile Value Layout under Parameters > Layout. That icon is not using any of CBs classes so it'd have to have been manually setup that way.
