I am switching a site from CB 1.9.1 to CB 2.0.14. On the CB Lists if I am in desktop mode and have multiple pages of links the pagination works and shows multiple pages. But if I display the same list on a tablet or smartphone the pagination only shows 1 page.

. It is set to show 20 members per page and for desktop the pagination has 5 pages. Then narrow the browser window down to 768px or smaller and the pagination changes to only 1 page. So, it looks like there aren't any more pages to view. It doesn't need to show 5 pages like desktop, but 2 would be better.
That's intended responsive behavior. On mobile the long string of page numbers doesn't work well or display well so it turns into a simple previous/next usage with the current page noted in the centered. However, as shown above if you don't like the behavior it can be removed.
