I have a set of plans of which some are logically exclusive of some others.
Since I have a set of optional plans at the same level, and I want them to remain visible, I configured the exclusive plans to not display if any of the other exclusive plans are selected (in Workflow / Conditions on other plans to show this plan at registration) All plans are otherwise configured as non-exclusive.
When I view a member in Users Management, an undefined plan appears at the bottom of the upgrade list, radio button None, label "Lifetime Membership for Free"
I do not want a "lifetime Membership for Free" plan.
In Paid Subs/Settings, Registration section,
Allow Free Registered Users (without subscriptions) should be No - all registered users must select a plan that I have defined.
Create Subscriptions also for free lifetime plans should also be No. - I don't want to create Subscriptions for free lifetime plans.
When I set these both to no, I get a warning that the settings do not make sense.
This warning does not make sense.
Can you explain what is needed to remove the None: "Lifetime Membership for Free" from the Membership page in the User's profile?
Regards,
Fred

You can not remove that option from backend. It is strictly a backend only and it's there to set users to have no plan at all. It's also pre-selected if you edit a user in backend that has no plan.
