CB Forums just passes the value of the field to Kunena when their profile is saved. What Kunena does with it is up to Kunena. Check within _kunena_users the value of your field has been pushed to your Kunena user row. If you're overriding the sidebar with CB Forums then you'll have to substitute in your web address field since CB Forums is completely replacing the sidebar where Kunena displays those social icons.
