One of my users reported this error on registration:
1267 - Illegal mix of collations (latin1_swedish_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8mb4_general_ci,COERCIBLE) for operation '=' SQL=SELECT u.`id` FROM `#__comprofiler` AS c INNER JOIN `#__users` AS u ON u.`id` = c.`id` WHERE ( u.`username` = 'الجوري22' OR c.`alias` = 'الجوري22' ) LIMIT 0, 1
Your issue is as the error states. You've 2 different collations in your database. One is set to latin1_swedish_ci and the other is set to utf8mb4_general_ci. Edit your database and change the collation for all tables to be utf8mb4_general_ci. This can be done table by table by clicking a table then changing it under the Operations tab or by database by navigating to a database then by changing it also under the Operations tab.
