I am hoping this doesn't affect us moving forward. We currently use Integrations > CB Fields and have one of our fields pre-populate some text for NEW registered users only.
Currently this text is appearing in some existing users. Because we discovered last year that it was populating upon Renewal payments. We had fixed it with your help way back then and thought we would cut out those ones that were incorrect based on their Register Date but since the Register Date is now incorrect, I don't know who to cut from this list!
Best I can suggest is if you've a backup you can restore on a separate domain to compare the database tables. Beyond that I don't know what more to suggest unfortunately.
