New user confirmation email has link ... /index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=confirm&confirmcode=reg400ee8ec5429aa57217fd7763027f3880e470f1d&Itemid=20
Using the link resolves to option=com_comprofiler&view=login with "Error Please login first" and the new user is remains not confirmed.
I confirmed I have a "User Profile (mandatory!)" menu item, published and public.
What am I missing?

What menu item is associated with the Itemid 20? That's the one it's using for checking access. The only way for confirmation to show that error is 1 of the 2 conditions.
1. Menu item blocking access
