Userlist with disabled members was created by PaceOnline
I am trying to filter a userlist so that it only shows unconfirmed, un-enabled, deactivated, blocked and banned users, basically everyone who can't login. How can create the filter?

Edit your userlist then under Parameters > Display ensure "Show Blocked", "Show Banned", "Show Unapproved", and "Show Unconfirmed" are set to "Yes". Next under Filters select Advanced and supply the following filter.
That'll show all blocked account. Blocked accounts should still be pending approval or confirmation. Bans are just profile bans so they won't be blocked. If using profile bans then they query will need to be adjusted to take that column into account.
