Small css issue with override.css

Small css issue with override.css was created by activha
Hello
I upgraded to latest February build and noticed that some styles are no longer overridden.
Typically I used
.cb_template .streamItem .streamItemInputGroup .streamItemInputGroupLabel {
    cursor: default;
    border-right-style: none !important;
}
to remove the dashed border when adding a new post in CB Activity.
Now it seems like override.css is used before CB Activity own template.css file
Is it a new process or a bug ?
Thanks
Jean

This was not changed. The load order has always been as follows.

bootstrap.css
fontawesome.css
template.css
override.css
PLUGIN_CSS

Using a stronger selector should be more than enough to override a style loaded after though. Basically add more CSS selectors to your CSS and that should do it.
