orthographe of the IF condition was created by sereniteam
In a html field text I would set a information such as : [cb:if cb_usage!=""]
            <div style="text-align: center; margin: 5px auto 10px;"><span style=" font-size: smaller;color:#009FE3;">Bilan réalisé de façon [cb_usage]</span></div>
            [/cb:if]
Is it possible to fix it in relation with the value of the [cb_usage] field such as : 
[cb:if cb_usage=="Régulière"]
            <div style="text-align: center; margin: 5px auto 10px;"><span style=" font-size: smaller;color:#009FE3;">Bilan réalisé de façon [cb_usage]</span></div>
           [cb:elseif cb_usage=="Occasionnel"]
  <div style="text-align: center; margin: 5px auto 10px;"><span style=" font-size: smaller;color:red;">Bilan réalisé de façon [cb_usage]</span></div>
[/cb:elseif] [/cb:if]

Yes, those are all usages already exampled on our substitutions page below. See the bottom for multiple IF substitution examples.

Just change your == to = and it'll work.
