Hey Kyle -
I've searched the forums for this topic, and can't believe it hasn't arisen.
I need to up-charge CC payments, aka offer a check/cash discount.
Pointers welcome on how to do that.

We don't provide a means to increase/decrease the price based off payment method. Giving a discount for check/cash basically is surcharging for card payments. In many jurisdictions this is illegal so you should check to make sure you're legally allowed to even do this.
Depending on how many plans you need this to apply to it might be best to duplicate your plan and note 1 only accepts cash payments. You can then price the 2 plans accordingly. Use the owner id field on both the plan and the gateway to restrict what gateway is available to the plan (Offline in this case).
