I am looking to set a search engine in order to ease the research of CB user by public internaute. What should be the best component to archieve this task?

You want your users to be able to search your other users? That's what userlists are designed for. Simply create a new list in CB > List Management, select what fields to display in its table columns, and create a Joomla menu item to it. Your users can then search your other users from that list.

I alreeady have set it but I was looking for a public search And I found out the searchbot pulg-in. Need to accomodate to it in order to let public find only cb_user.

Your userlists can be publicly accessible and searchable. Sorry, I don't know what you're really asking here.
