Questions about auto action and gallery

Question 1
We have an auto action that logs an activity post whenever we approve an uploaded media to a users gallery.
In this auto action we have set in Action Tab / Flair -> "Adult".
The description of the Flair field says "Optionally select Flair to tag post with" so we expect every new cb activity post that is created by this auto action to show with Flair tag.
Well... this does not happen! 

Question 2
In the past, every user had the ability to move an uploaded image inside an Album if the image is not currently inside an Album. How ca he do this action now? There is no option to set the Album that the image belongs to, even when he uploads the image. The only way is to upload the image inside the Album but this is not always convenient.

Can you please advise on both?

Well... this does not happen!

That sounds like a bug in the auto action. Will take a look and see why it's not applying flair.

That's not possible anymore in the current. They need to share into the album they want it to belong to. Quick album switching will be implemented back in in a future release as I didn't have time to get that implemented before release. Made a feature ticket to keep track of this as was just tracking internally.

Ok, retested CB Auto Actions application of Flair. Seams to be working fine. Please be sure you have both CB Activity and CB Auto Actions on their latest build releases.

I just updated to the latest release of CB Activity. The auto actions plugin was already the latest release.

I logged in as a registered user and uploaded an image to my gallery.

1. A new activity is created (backend). It should not be created yet because the auto action is triggered with gallery_onAfterApproveGalleryItem.
2. The gallery item needs approval so the admin approves it in frontend.
3. The gallery item never appeared on cb activity page.
4. Checking again the activity in backend.

• Activity Tab -> Published: No
• Activity Tab -> Asset: gallery.photos.47351
• Features Tab: -> Flair: Empty field.

May this be ralated to the fact that the gallery items need approval?
 

I don't think that's your auto action logging that. That's the built in activity within CB Activity > Parameters > Activity. CB Activity has over a dozen activity and notification logging capabilities just built right in. Toggle them on/off as needed.

The problem is something deeper.

I have set everything in CB Activity > Parameters > Activity

Testing...

1. User uploaded image. Nothing shows in activity (backend)
2. Admin approves image.
3. An activity (backend) a new activity is created with Asset -> "gallery..1" and as an owner it shows the admin. The activity is not published and the flair is in place.

The owner must not be the admin!
The Asset "gallery..1" i do not know where it came from!
The activity must be published.
