Questions about auto action and gallery

I am approving from frontend.
I have tested by visiting the user's profile gallery and approved, and i have tested by visiting the link from workflows module link.
I also tested as admin to upload image that is auto approved but no... the activity log is not created.

You're loading by asset. Please be sure no other activity exists for that media entry. For example if you've the gallery activity enabled in CB Activity > Parameters > Activity it will create an entry that the Load By will pick up on. You're also using Group Asset to aggregate posts. Try setting Load By to None and emptying Group Asset.

The following problems are solved. Everything works again.

The auto action worked but... if someone uploads 5 images, then 5 new posts are created in activity and this is not good.

The following issues are solved.I also noticed something else. The admin is not able to see the posts of new media in activity. 
Correction! Nobody else can see the posts except the one who uploaded the image in his gallery.

Ok, try setting "Load By" to "By Asset Only" back in and see if that works. If that's working it's probably the Group By behavior in CB Auto Actions not working properly, which is behavior unique to CB Auto Actions and not to CB Activity. The grouping behavior in CB Activity is actually the "Dynamic Group Asset" parameter, but that happens at display during server side aggregation so isn't ideal.

Yesterday it stopped working again.
While searching, i changed Activity Streams -> Profile Activity -> Display -> CB Gallery / Gallery (from No Gallery to Profile Gallery) and it started working again. I had it disabled because i do not want images to be uploaded directly in activity posts. I did hide the activity page image upload button through css and there was no problem. Today i changed again Activity Streams -> Profile Activity -> Display -> CB Gallery / Gallery (Profile Gallery to No Gallery) cleared all cache from everywhere and it still works.

I do not know if there is a relation between the auto action and the ability of users to post images to activity page, but these are my tests and the results.

Let's hope this is permanently resolved!

Now... another issue with the same auto action. (The auto action works for image upload)

The auto action creates the post in activity but... in activity page the video gives error "No video with supported format and MIME type found", while the same video plays fine when viewed from the user's gallery.

Can you please advise?

Strange, that setting shouldn't have any impact on the actual display of gallery activity and only is checked for gallery sharing in a post. My best guess was some kind of caching problem.

Where is the video from? YouTube? CB Activity and CB Gallery have code supporting the same link sources so it certainly should be working.
