CB Gallery - The 'ShareMedia' button does not disappear after the custom limit

My environment:
Joomla: 5.4.1
CB: pkg_communitybuilder_2.11.0+build.2026.01.12.21.55.56.a25ef0f6c
CB Gallery: plug_cbgallery_3.0.1+build.2026.01.22.15.13.24.b8e3d0daf

In the backend I do the following setting (the limit of fotos to be uploaded is 8

 

Now I upload 8 fotos as a sequence .... in the frontend the 8 fotos are visible and the 'ShareMedia' button as well (but this button should have been disappeared because the limit has been reached)

 

... now I do a browser resfresh ...... in the frontend the 8 fotos are still visible AND the 'ShareMedia' Button has been correctly disappeared

 

My question: Is it possible that there is a 'refresh' missing in the code after the upload of the 8th foto? Can you reproduce this behaviour?

 

The share window doesn't refresh the entire display after an upload. It just inserts a new container after each upload. So it's not going to hide the share button until next page visit. So what you're seeing is normal. I've added a feature ticket to review implementing dynamically toggling the create buttons based off limits being reached or no longer reached.
