The tab showing the list of plans has disapeared in CBSubs was created by STUCKSHUTTER

Sorry to bother you about this, but my developer said the Plans tab, where you can select your plan, has vanished from his test server. The Contact Info tab shows, but the plans don't. (see attached). Can you suggest what might have caused it to disappear and how to fix it? It was there with 7 plans, but it vanished.

Is this registration or profile edit? The subscription tab doesn't show in profile edit on frontend. If registration then check plan configuration to ensure the plans are accessible to new registrations and that both the view access level and usergroup under the Access tab are set to Public so non-registered users can see and select them.
