We are implementing limits on shared family packs, as follows:
Max number of users per family [8]
Max number of groups per user [4]
This means that each family pack allows for 32 groups. Is this correct?

We would like to implement maximum storage per user, or per familypack. Is this possible?

Correct.

Storage of what? CB Gallery uploads? You can set CB Gallery limits to be based off a field within CB Gallery > Galleries > Create then you can set that field via your subscription for per-user limits.
