Customizing Tab Pane Names was created by adhillon

When hovering on the Privacy tab, URL "https://my domain/privacy-settings.html?tab=privacy-pane#cbtabpane" displays.
Can I change the tab pane name 'cbtabpane'?
Other tab pane names are cbtabpane11, cbtabpane32 etc.
