When a userlist is displayed, a member's thumbnail shows the username at the bottom margin. Can we customize what is to be displayed? Maybe 'First name' or 'First name + Last-name initial'?
What a userlist displays is entirely up to you. Edit it and configure what fields are displayed. You probably currently have it set to display the username field. Change that to display the formatname field so it'll be based off what you've configured "Name Format" to in CB > Configuration > General.
