Disable button of User and Password Reminder form was created by giniapo

Hello everyone,

I have a very strange problem and not solved. I have a Joomla 3.4.1 and 2.0.9 CB .
In the User and Password Reminder the Button of the Form is always Disabled.I revised the configuration many times but not fix it.
Has anyone encountered this problem ? .
