Editing CB registration form tag line

On the registration form I have been developing, I can't remember how to edit the registration form tag line, "This online membership application form is under development " under what was the Join Us! title. It's been 2 years since I created the form!

Apply for membership (formerly Join Us!)

This online membership application form is under development (how do I edit this tag line?)

Any help would be appreciated.

That's the registration header text. Edit your Default template within CB > Plugin Management then under Layout > Registration you can adjust all aspects of your registration layout including the header text.
