I have just upgraded to vesion 2.10.0 and on deleting a user received the following warning message:
Warning: Undefined array key "autoAddConnections" in /public_html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbconnections/cb.connections.php on line 459
The user was deleted.
I then deleted further users but from the User page rather that the CB page. No warnings were visible.

Do you have "Enable Connections" set to "No" in CB > Configuration > Connections? If so unpublish "CB Connections" in CB > Plugin Management as connections plugin is loading while you're not using connections. If it's set to Yes save configuration and that should stop it from happening next time.
