String could not be parsed as XML was created by bascherz
I am getting the subject message on an otherwise pure white screen if I try to open CB Plugins. This is on a J!6.1.0 site that was just recently updated from 5.4.4.
I just downloaded the latest CB version here (pkg_communitybuilder_2.11.0+build.2026.04.17.15.58.10.fe6bcab9e) moments ago and installed it over what I had. That changed nothing. Still cannot manage Plugins.
Suggestions? Please?

Thanks in advance,

Bruce S - Vienna, VA

Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then try and see if any further details about the error are displayed. Recommend clearing Joomla cache as well to ensure there's no version caching that might of gotten mangled.

Thanks for responding, Kyle.

By the next day it had cleared itself up. Could have been something with my Internet connection as other things got flaky also. Was there a CME that day or something?

My best guess is it was an XML cache problem that got fixed when the cache cleared.
