The lost username / password is allowing the super user password to be reset through the CB forgot login method
Joomla 5.4.9 / Community Builder 2.12.0
CBs forgot login is deprecated. Within CB > Configuration > General switch it to Joomla so it'll use Joomla entirely for forgot login. CBs forgot login will be removed in CB 3.0.
