I try to buy CBSubs, but the only payment method don't work with me.:( ! My paypal account is dactivated.

You do *not* need a paypal account (and even less a confirmed one) to pay us on paypal by Visa or Mastercard credit card. :)

Just at the very first page, click the pay by credit card link instead of "login" or "register at paypal".
