[SOLVED] Plan permissions

[SOLVED] Plan permissions was created by camills
As a refugee from AEC - I am seeing if CBSubs would be more stable for me - I am concerned that there do not seem many requirements for a plan to be shown/ subscribed.
Am I correct in saying that the only fallback is to a parent? (by the way, if that happens is the ACL also reset?)
And that apart from the exclusive choice and the parent-child relationship (still cannot get this working - see other posts) there are no settings that would exclude a plan based on past behaviour? This might e.g. include other plans taken in the past and lapsed.
I am particularly intereted in having plans kick in after users have been subscribed for a certain length of time, or have fulfilled other behaviour criteria (or both). Am i missing sthg or is this not possible?

Progressive subscriptions is not supported out of the box. I suppose you could add this kind of capability once the API has been released.

If you change a users ACL with a plan and the user unsubscribes they will revert to their previous ACL.

Child plans depend on parent plans, if you unsubscribe from a child plan you will revert to the parent plan (assuming the subscription didn't expire).

Thanks - I still however cannot get the parent dropdown to show anything other than 'top', despite having 2 or 3 plans installed. Any ideas?

Save your plan, then edit the plan and change its parent plan. You can't add a parent to a plan when first creating it, you have to edit it after creating it. Also ensure all your plans are published and have aliases.
