Yes, that's doable using the CBSubs Fields Tabs Protect plugin. You can protect tabs and/or fields based off subscription of the profile owner and/or the user viewing the profile. Example of what this looks like within a fields Integrations > CBSubs Fields Tabs Protect tab as follows.
