OK. I think i have all informations i was needing. I will check with my community if we can adapt our way of working according to the features of CB.
I am conviced that linking the filters to photos should be a very interesting feature for a future update of CB

Thank you for all your comprehensive answers !

Sorry Kyle, I come back again with additional question concerning my need about feeding a photo gallery with #hashtags thanks to CB Activity upload....
Do you think i could use a tricky way using CB AutoAction to feed an external Gallery with photos and flair or hashtags  ( I mean a 3rd tier component ) ?

I'm not sure what you mean. There's no hashtag or flair support in CB Gallery and those features in CB Activity are exclusively built for CB Activity. They'd only work if the gallery media was uploaded as a post in CB Activity and then if they searched CB Activity. This is basically exactly how most social media platforms work outside of photo centered ones like Instagram where an activity post and upload is basically one in the same.

Is there a reason you can't just have them upload through CB Activity? You can for example make gallery uploads required to post. This would prevent text based posts and require something to be uploaded to post. This is configured in CB Activity > Streams > Activity > Profile Activity > Features for the profile activity stream for example. You can even make it required they include a flair, hashtag, etc.. in their post as well.

So the workflow for your users should be to just post to their stream. No need to deal with going to the gallery specifically. The gallery specifically should just be used to assist with management of their uploads, but everyone would be able to navigate their uploads and filter for them exclusively through the stream.

Oh yes, sorry, I was not clear. I will reformulate :
Yes, I agree that my users should post their photos and flair/hashtags from activity stream. And I agree it is useless to upload photos directly from the gallery because they will have to add flair from activity stream...

My question was about using the plugin CB AutoAction (or maybe a specific code to automate a workflow/dataflow) in order to send the content of the post (photo, flairs) to a specific gallery plugin. I attached a picture to illustrate this.

The interest of using a gallery instead of filtering on Activity Stream is to present portfolio of photographies with the look of a...gallery (grids, mansonry, diaporama...). I understood that it cannot be done with CB Gallery. That's why my question

You can change the asset that CB Activity uses for the gallery so yes you could push them to a different gallery if you wanted. By default uploads to CB Activity have an asset of profile.USER_ID.uploads. You could change this to profile.[user_id] if you want them to just be uploaded to the users regular profile gallery. Whatever you want really.

So for example if you wanted a gallery to display all of these uploads all you'll need is a gallery with an asset set to profile.%.uploads and it'll show all CB Activity uploads from all users or profile.[user_id].uploads for all CB Activity uploads for a specific user. By default though these are available in the profile gallery tab in the Uploads folder when viewing their own profile.

CB Gallery 3.0.0 is currently in development which is a substantial rewrite. It will have stored galleries like CB Activity has stored streams. So like CB Activity > Streams > Activity except for Galleries for substantially easier management. I'm also planning on some new default templates so for example you could have a table of gallery media, a masonry grid, etc.. Currently you can't have per-gallery templates, but you'll be able to with CB Gallery 3.0.0 (e.g. lets 2 galleries look completely different).
