Fair enough. I think what threw me off was the subscribe button on this page: www.joomlapolis.com/addons/cb-groupjive

It makes it seem like you have to purchase it separately from CB. Maybe it should say something else like "Free with a Pro Subscription" or something.

Do you think adding the buy button there like on the add-ons page would make that more clear? Buy button is to buy it individually and comes with a year of updates and support. Subscribe is for professional/developer membership plans. Will look into some options when time permits and try to clarify things on the product pages more. I appreciate your feedback, thank you for letting us know!

I think making the Memberships page more prominent is the key. Perhaps move it between Community Builder and Add-Ons in the menu, or even as a sub-menu item under Community Builder to make it more obvious that membership levels refer to the different CB plans you have. It wasn't obvious to me that the Add-Ons could be used "a la cart" with the free version of CB, and that most of them are also included with a CB Pro subscription. Hope this helps!

Just wanted to let you know I've implemented improvements throughout our site based off your feedback. The membership table now has scrolling header and footer on desktop making it easier to see which addon is included in what subscription. The single addons page "Buy" buttons now include pro/dev plans that hide the individual addon plan if selected to make it more clear they're included with pro/dev. The Subscribe and Buy buttons with pricing are also now included on all addon pages as well (e.g. the CB GroupJive page you linked above being improved).

I appreciate your feedback and hope this will make things easier for you and others.

Much better! One thing I noticed is the buttons for Developer Add-ons don't look right. Otherwise big improvements!

What about them doesn't look right? Tested while logged in and logged out and didn't see any issues. We're always looking to improve so if there's a problem please do let us know!
