You'll need to change the language string within your CB language plugins to blank or edit the CB default template PHP file and remove the componentheader. This is a part of CBs registration; not CB Conditional.

Changing size of font and such is all done through CSS. I recommend using Firebug so you can inspect the page and see what class and what file to adjust. Typically if adding new CSS it should be done to the bottom of Joomla template CSS file.
