Multiple CB template/CSS issues. was created by daviator
I'm seeing several issues when using the default CB profile templates (using "Dark" to show issues) between IE8 and Firefox. Please help me understand why. (Please don't blame IE. I know, developers love Firefox but most users still use IE).

1) Wall text area box (red box) is sliver thin in IE but not in Firefox.
2) "Submit Entry" button bounces when page loads and falls below the Profile Wall box
3) Contact form (green box) aligned too far to the right in IE but not in Firefox.
4) Profile Wall does not take on same Dark attributes as other tabs.
5) Where can I change the text "Write on the wall" (purple box)?

Why does it take so long for CB templates to load? My profiles look like this until the CSS finally loads.
