Hi

I have set up a auto add to add a new member to a group. The field i have pointed to is a drop down (single select box)

i have setup the auto add as follows:
Published: Yes
mode: New & Existing Users
access: Everybody
conditional: member type / equal to / DJ (this is what would be selected by them drop down field)
Auto: DJ's (Group)
name: blank
description: blank

i then tried registering and selecting the field as DJ. This should then be automatically added to the DJ group right??

it's not happening, please can you help?

Please ensure the auto integration from plugin management is published. Please also ensure the conditional is EXACT as in if the value within the drop down is "DJ's" then ensure the condition is checking for "DJ's". Please also test without the condition and confirm if working or not. There are some known issues regarding the auto integration that are being addressed with next release.
